Create Your Own Pasta from The Reserve

5oz    fresh pasta (various types)

2oz    fresh baby spinach

2oz    artichoke hearts

2oz    kalimatta olives

2oz    cherry tomatoes

1tsp    minced garlic

4oz    extra virgin olive oil

1oz    asaigo cheese

TT      Kosher salt

TT      fresh black pepper

Place olive oil in a hot sautee pan and add vegetables. I a small pot add fresh pasta to boiling water in a strainer for 2 minutes. Toss the fresh pasta the sautee pan with vegetables. Pour the dish into a serving bowl and top with cheese.
