Police looking for bank robber in Kenwood

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19)-- The Hamilton County sheriffs are looking for a suspect who they say robbed a bank in the Kenwood area Wednesday afternoon.

A short time after 1:00pm, investigators say a male went to a teller and passed a note implying that he had a gun and demanded money.

After the teller gave the robber an undetermined amount of cash, he fled on foot heading northeast. No weapon was shown and no one was hurt in there incident.

The suspect is described as a male in his nearly to mid 20s and stands 5 feet and 7 inches. He was unshaven, has dark hair. The suspect was wearing a white ball cap with an unknown logo, a black hooded sweatshirt with "Cincinnati" on the front and blue jeans.

The incident is under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at 513-825-1500.
