Wild Mushroom Risotto

Olive Oil

Arborio Rice

Yellow Onion

Wild mushroom

White Wine

Pepper

Salt

Vegetable Stock

Butter

Sauté yellow onion. Add rice and wine. Coat all risotto with oil. Add the vegetable stock slowly until all is gone. Season with salt and pepper. Add the end stir in the mushrooms and butter.

Tomato Truffle Cream Sauce

 

Truffle Oil

Lemon Juice

Tomato

Salt

Black Pepper

Flour

Vegetable Stock

Heavy Cream

Heat oil and lemon juice. Add tomato. Add flour and mix well. Add vegetable stock. Continue whisking. Add cream, salt and pepper and let reduce.
