Ingredients:
1 16 oz. can Refried or Black Beans
1 pkg. Mexican Rice, cooked
1 12 oz. jar salsa
1 cup guacamole (3 avocados, smashed with salt and lime juice to taste)
1 16 oz sour cream
1 16 oz pkg. cheese, Cheddar or Monterey Jack, shredded
1 2 oz. can black olives, sliced
4 green onions, chopped
Directions:
- Spread beans on bottom of 9” x12” glass dish.
- Spread cooked rice evenly over beans.
- Spread salsa over rice.
- Spread guacamole over salsa.
- Spread sour cream over salsa.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over sour cream.
- Sprinkle olives and onions over cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
