OXFORD, OH (FOX19) - Police have charged a 17-year-old girl for her involvement in a fatal accident.
Megan Spice, 17, was behind the wheel when she crashed her vehicle in the 4800 block of Somerville Road. James Thomas, 16, was killed in the crash.
Spice now faces charges of failure to control a motor vehicle, failure to use a seat belt and vehicular homicide.
Both teens were students at Talawanda High School.
