Showers and thunderstorms will once again roam through the tri-state as a cold front pushes through overnight. By morning skies will have cleared and low temps will have settled into the low 60s. Our Memorial Day starts off on a pleasant note. The well-advertised cold front has brought the region a drier, more comfortable air mass. Expect high temps today in the upper 70s under partly cloudy skies. There is a slim chance of a shower overnight into the wee hours of Tuesday, but Tuesday itself looks like another pretty nice day with highs back in the upper 70s. We start to get a bit unsettled by Wednesday as the first in a series of disturbances begins to affect the region. While there is a chance of showers Wednesday, right now it appears most will remain dry with highs in the mid 70s. Shower and thunder chances ramp up just in time for the next weekend.
