Good News and bad News Warm Weather Lovers! If you liked 90º high temperatures both Saturday and Sunday the good news is tomorrow and Wednesday we will have summer warmth again. The bad news is that a cold front is on the way and by Thursday afternoon we are looking a bona fide fall weather with highs dropping into the low and mid 70s. Saturday will struggle to get into the upper 60s.
Of course a big cooling trend like this is brought about by a cold front in these parts and our mental picture of a strong cold front bull dozing through warm and humid air conjures up thunderstorms. That will not be the case this time as the front pushes through the Tri-State as a dry, cold front. I cannot rule out a few sprinkles from the clouds along the front but I see no meaningful rain with this one.
