CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Police say they arrested four people and recovered 168 lbs. of marijuana after a SWAT situation in University Heights.

It unfolded Tuesday night on Emming Street. Authorities say it all started when troopers began following four men in a vehicle north of Cincinnati. They say the men eventually fled on foot from their vehicle and then refused to leave a home on Emming.

The suspects eventually surrendered after the incident developed into a SWAT situation. Police say they found the marijuana in the vehicle the men had been driving.

The four men were identified Wednesday, and police said all four came from California: Stanley Jackson, 32, Luis Delgado De Jesus, 35, Eudes Ortiz-Alvarado, 30, and Gabriel Lombera, 42. They were taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center and charged with trafficking in marijuana.

The investigation is ongoing.
