Car fire, explosions block SB I-75

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -A car on fire with a series of explosions has shut down southbound Interstate 75 near I-74.
Traffic is squeezing by on the far left lane until further notice.
No injuries were reported.
Detour around the delays by taking southbound I-71.
