CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A cold front is on the way through the Tri-State. It will bring bitterly cold air to the area Tuesday.
On Tuesday evening, what meteorologists call a secondary front will bring in even colder air.
So what is colder than bitterly cold? Brutally cold? Cruelly cold? Hyperborean cold (whatever that means)?
Be aware that by Wednesday morning the wind chill will be dangerous as this short bitter, biting, blast invades the Ohio Valley. Wind chills Tuesday morning will be around zero or a bit colder and Wednesday morning as cold as -35 degrees in a few spots.
Light snow will fall Monday night and again Tuesday evening. During both episodes less than 1 inch of snow will fall and that means a few icy patches Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
