CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The search for a missing man ended on Saturday when he was found deceased in a wooded area, according to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office.

Frank Buldain, 75, left the 1800 block of State Route 131 in Stonelick Township on Saturday Jan. 26, according to deputies. He did not return.

Buldain was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and suffers from dementia.

He was found Saturday at 12:05 p.m. in a wooded area approximately 2 miles from his house, deputies said.

Members of the Civil Air Patrol who volunteered with Texas Equusearch located Buldain during a ground search, said deputies.

Sheriff Steve Leahy with the Clermont County Sheriff’s department released a statement, “I would like to personally thank all of those from the community who volunteered their time and effort today. A special thanks to Texas Equusearch who was instrumental in organizing todays search efforts."
