CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A winter weather advisory is in effect in the Tri-State area until 6 p.m. Sunday.

We will have a mixture of snow, rain, and freezing rain.

By Monday, the the winter mix will change in to just rain.

A flood watch will go in to effect from 7 a.m. Monday to 1 p.m. Tuesday. Up to three inches of rain is expected.

A winter weather warning is in effect in the following counties:

Flooding will be a concern for most of this week.

Strong winds are in the forecast Tuesday and Tuesday night as low pressure move east. Gusts up to 40 mph are possible. Rain returns late Thursday night into Friday.
