CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Ohio River will exceed flood stage in Maysville at Meldahl Dam, in Cincinnati and down river at Markland Dam.
With as much rain as has fallen and more to come it looks like the river in Cincinnati may not go below flood stage until the coming weekend.
The Ohio is forecast to crest at 56.3’ – which is a moderate flood Tuesday. Other small streams and flood prone urban and suburban areas may also see some high water.
You know the areas in your neck-of-the-woods that collect water – be careful in these areas overnight.
Winds will become a problem Tuesday afternoon, evening and night with gusts to 45 mph expected.
