CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - God save the Queen City; the Bengals released the schedule for their London game Wednesday morning.
In January, the Bengals announced they’d be visiting Big Ben in 2019 -- no, not that one, the other one.
We now know that game will be a 1 p.m. game played Octomber 27 at Wembley Stadium.
The announcement comes just hours ahead of the Bengals full regular-season schedule release. They plan to make that announcement at 8 p.m.
New head coach Zac Taylor will face his former team for the first time across the pond when the Bengals face the Rams.
Los Angeles is fresh off of a Super Bowl loss to the Patriots, and the Bengals have come out on top in their last three match-ups with the Rams, holding an 8-5 lead in the teams’ all-time series record.
This will be Who Dey’s second trip to the U.K., their first coming in a tie game against the Washington Redskins in 2016.
Hopefully Cincinnati has better luck against the “real Big Ben" -- because he’s a clock tower, not the quarterback of a bitter rival.
The Bengals will be the away team in their game in the U.K.
They join Carolina who will face Tampa, the Bears against the Raiders and Houston at Jacksonville.
Season ticket holders will receive first priority, the team says.
They say travel packages will be offered and will include hotel accommodations, pregame brunch, game tickets, guided tours, deluxe transportation, official souvenirs and more.
