Man facing child pornography charges for cellphone incident in dressing room
Bond is set at $1 million
EAST PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton County judge set bond at $1 million for a man facing child pornography charges.
Michael Berry, 50, is charged with 10 counts of pandering obscenity.
Norwood police say they responded to Old Navy in Rookwood Commons April 1 for a report of suspicious activity.
A female juvenile said that while she was in the dressing room, she noticed a cell phone coming from under the next stall and immediately yelled for her mother.
Officers said Berry told them it was an accident and that he was only picking up his dropped phone.
Police found multiple images of child pornography on Berry’s phone after getting a search warrant.
Berry was arrested Thursday and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
