Video shows 2018 chase during which suspect tosses cocaine from vehicle

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati police and the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office have released new video of a July 2018 chase where the suspect tossed cocaine out the window of his moving vehicle.

Jamarr Harshaw was arrested on 10 different charges and -- eight months later -- has been found guilty of failure to comply, aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in cocaine. Harshaw, 29, has been sentenced to 42 months in jail and is currently serving out his sentence at the Ohio Correctional Reception Center in Pickaway County.

Dash camera video from an Ohio State Highway Patrol cruiser shows a pursuit through the streets of Evanston that starts and ends at a Marathon Gas Station along the 3600 block of Montgomery Avenue.

The Cincinnati resident was found to have two bags of cocaine at the time of his arrest.
