CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Butler County judge sentenced one of the two men who murdered 13-year-old Darius Gilbert to prison Tuesday.
Miguan Hubbard, 18, pleaded guilty to the murder and was sentenced to 15 years to life.
Prosecutors said 19-year-old Kameron Tunstall provided the weapon and conspired the shooting with Hubbard.
The double shooting occurred on Aug. 29 in the 800 block of South Front Street.
Jaraius Gilbert Jr., a student at Wilson Middle School, died of gunshot wounds.
Datorion Burns was wounded during the incident, but recovered from his injuries.
Tunstall will be sentenced on May 28.
