CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A 21-year-old Middletown man was arrested and charged for making terrorist threats.

A complaint shows that Justin Pickron told an employee at Cobb Theater that he’d bring a gun to work and shoot people inside the theater.

According to employees at the theater, he said “In order to make the work day go faster, he should bring a gun in and start shooting everyone in the theater at the time,” the complaint reads.

Pickron is being held in the Butler County Jail on no bond.

Janet Armstrong, the senior general manager of Cobb Luxury 15 & Cinebistro released the following statement:

"Recently we had a, now former, employee accused of making threatening statements. Our management team was proactive in our response and immediately implemented the many safety and security procedures we have in place and practice daily. This incident is now being investigated by the local Sheriff’s department and any questions with regard to the ongoing investigation should be directed to them.
