SHARONVILLE, OH (FOX19) - A Sharonville police officer and motorists were hurt in a crash on westbound Interstate 275 Tuesday.
The officer was inside his cruiser helping a disabled motorist when the crash occurred about 6 p.m.
The officer and the driver of the striking vehicle were transported to University of Cincinnati West Chester Hospital.
Both of their injuries are considered minor, police said.
Police said they are thankful the outcome was not worse, but want to remind people to pay attention to vehicles on the shoulder of the highway.
They urge motorists to slow down and move over.
