There are 560 spaces in the parking garage and it will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, officials said at the time of its opening.
Daily rates vary from $2 an hour to $17 for the entire day.
The luxury apartment received a name April 30, Rookwood Properties said.
The 139-unit apartment will be called “1010 On The Rhine,” they said.
