Authorities ID 60-year-old killed in head-on Warren County crash

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (FOX19) - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigation a head-on collision Wednesday afternoon that left one person dead.

The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of State Road 350 in Turtlecreek Township. Troopers say one person was killed when a 2006 red Cadillac Deville traveled off the right side of the roadway before over-correcting and traveling left of center and into a 2006 white Dodge Ram 2500.

The driver of the Cadillac Deville, Dexter Atkins, 60, of Lebanon, was not wearing a seat belt, authorities said, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other driver involved was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
