CINCINNATI, Ohio (FOX19) - An arrest has been made in a 4th of July shooting that injured an area 16-year-old.

It happened at Paul R. Pies Park off Kleindale Avenue, according to North College Hill police.

This week, Donnell Terry was arrested in the case and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

“This crime was a planned event and the residents should have no fear in enjoying our parks,” police wrote in a Facebook post.
