PRICE HILL, Ohio (FOX19) - Cincinnati police have found the parent of a nonverbal child found alone Tuesday evening in Price Hill.
Police announced just after 10:30 p.m. that the child’s mother had been located.
They said the child was found wandering on Academy Avenue near Vincent Avenue.
