Woman repeatedly calls 911 after parents cut off cell phone service, Jackson Township Police say (911 audio)

STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - Selino Khetarpal, 36, was arrested by Jackson Township Police after she repeatedly called 911, because her parents cut off her cell phone service.

She was taken into custody on Feb. 13, and charged with disrupting public services.

Khetarpal posted a $2,500 bond during an arraignment on Feb. 14.

She has a preliminary hearing in Massillon Municipal Court on Feb. 27 at 9 a.m.
