Indiana health officials: 31 dead due to novel coronavirus

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The Indiana State Department of Health, ISDH, announced Saturday that 31 people have died due to the novel coronavirus.

Of the 31 people, two are from Franklin County and one is from Dearborn County.

ISDH says 290 additional residents have been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus, bringing the total number to 1,232.

Counties with confirmed cases:

  • Marion: 139
  • Lake: 23
  • Johnson: 10

The ISDH says 8,407 tests have been reported.
