CINCINNATI (FOX19) -A man announced that his sister-in-law is pregnant with their first child through a sonogram cutout at Great American Ballpark.

Aaron Nemo announced Adam and Kayleigh's pregnancy at the ballpark earlier this week.

Aaron cut out his brother's picture from the sonogram and submitted baby Nemo to be a fan cutout at Great American Ballpark.

"I wish I could say my heart was in an amazing place from the beginning, and I was just there to do something very sweet, but I kind of wanted to do something weird," Aaron said.

Adam says he did not expect his brother to announce the pregnancy in the seats of a ballpark.

Aaron lives in Brooklyn, NY, and Adam and Kayleigh live in Florida, but Cincinnati is in the family.

"I went to the World Series in 1990 with my dad," Adam said.

The soon-to-be first-time dad was in a Reds t-shirt watching his wife's ultrasound.

"When we thought about announcing, I was like, 'let's give it to Aaron, let's let him come up with something," Kayleigh said.

The soon-to-be uncle cut-up the family with the unique cutout at the ballpark.

"Every time there's a foul ball down the right-field or left-field line, I pause it and am like, 'is that, is that the baby?"

"We do the same. We haven't seen it yet on TV, you start looking closer during the games, but have not seen it yet. Don't know where it is yet."

Reds officials say family members will be able to find the cutout in the sea of cutouts on the third baseline.

There are now a total of 3,200 cutouts ordered and nearly 2,000 installed.
