Man, woman arrested after corpse concealed in home for 2 months, court documents say
WESTWOOD, Ohio (FOX19) - A man and a woman were arrested Saturday after a corpse was concealed for two months in a Westwood home, court documents said.
The documents say “John Doe” died in a bedroom at a home on Fenton Avenue on or around Sept. 26.
According to the complaint, Kenya Stallworth and Robert Robb tried to conceal the corpse by placing clothes on it, sealing the bedroom, and attempting to get rid of any odors while the body decomposed.
The body has not been identified.
Stallworth’s son, Dominic Allen, 19, was reported missing after being last seen Sept. 26.
“His mother said that he expressed a desire to move out and get his own place,” Tony Gordon, a friend of Allen’s said. “He’s a young man wanting to be independent and that sort of thing, so we were hoping that was the case.”
Gordon says Stallworth and Robb are romantically involved.
Stallworth and Robb are each facing a charge of abuse of a corpse, court documents said.
They are being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $100,000 bond each.
The Hamilton County Coroner’s Office says they hope to have the autopsy completed Tuesday.
