CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The 38th annual PNC Festival of Lights at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden wrapped up Sunday evening however, there are more chances to see the lights if you missed them.
“It’s been a crazy year, and we thought for one it would be good to spread people out, give them more nights to come to the PNC Festival of Lights,” Cincinnati Zoo Digital Engagement & Publicity Manager Angela Hatke said.
Bonus nights are Jan. 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and 17. Zoo hours on those dates are from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Reservations and masks are required.
“We have 4 million LED lights, we have our train which is running right now and our carousel as well as over 20 animal lanterns throughout the zoo,” says Hatke.
There are also fire pits scattered throughout the zoo where Hatke says guests can get a marshmallow kit and make s’mores.
“We were voted the best zoo lights in the country, so we really want everyone to get the chance to check it out but in a safe way,” Hatke said.
