Madison Road closed after semi truck crash

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The railroad bridge in Madisonville appears to have struck again.

First responders are at the scene of a crash involving an overturned semi at Madison and Kenwood Roads, which intersect just feet away from the notoriously low bridge’s maw.

Madison Road is shut down as crews work to clean up the crash, which occurred shortly before 9 p.m., according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

A car was towed away from the scene sometime before 10 p.m.

The truck remained on its side as of 10:15 p.m.

A substance was leaking from the truck, though the sheriff’s office says it is not hazardous.

Several injuries were reported. None of them are considered serious, according to the sheriff’s office.
