CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Flags throughout the Tri-State should be flown at half-staff in honor of the lives lost to COVID-19.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, and Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb directed flags at half-staff until sunset on Feb. 26.
