CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Due to rising river levels affecting Kellogg Avenue, Belterra Park temporarily closed at 2 a.m. on Wednesday, March 3.

It will reopen once river levels recede, and it is determined that Kellogg Avenue is passable.

BelterraPark.com will remain updated with current information.

The Ohio River continues to rise Wednesday, closing roads to the east of downtown Cincinnati.
