CINCINNATI (FOX19/CINCINNATI ENQUIRER) - Cincinnati Reds Manager David Bell says Joey Votto will be out for weeks due to a fractured left thumb.

Votto was hit in the hand by a pitch in the fourth inning in Wednesday’s game against the Chicago White Sox.

The Reds won the game 1-0 in ten innings.
