COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - One person was ejected from a vehicle early Wednesday after a rollover crash caused I-275 to close entirely for several hours.
Shortly before 8 a.m., a vehicle with two people inside malfunctioned and the driver lost control, according to Colerain Township Communications Specialist Helen Tracey-Noren.
The vehicle crossed the grass median, flipping multiple times, she said.
One of the occupants was ejected from the vehicle, while the other was partially ejected, explained Tracey-Noren.
Both people were taken to the hospital.
The driver was in critical condition with life-threatening injuries when they arrived at the hospital, Tracey-Noren said.
I-275 has since reopened in both directions.
