COVINGTON, Ky. (WXIX) - A four-vehicle crash and fuel spill caused major delays for drivers in Northern Kentucky early Friday.

Around 9:45 a.m., Kenton County dispatch said all lanes of northbound I-71/75 were back open.

One person was reported hurt and taken to a hospital, dispatchers say. The extent of the injuries was not released.
