Judge found dead after DUI arrest
UPDATE: HAMILTON TOWNSHIP (FOX19) - Warren County Common Please Court Judge James Heath was found dead at his home Sunday morning following a DUI arrest.
Police say they are investigating the death as a suicide.
Judge Heath was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol for the second time in eight months.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, Judge James Heath was stopped and charged with a DUI Saturday night.
Heath pleaded to lesser charges for his first DUI, which was last October. He was caught on tape pleading with the officer not to arrest him.
James Heath is a Judge with the Warren County Common Pleas Court.
