A man is facing charges after he was caught running naked during the Flying Pig Marathon on Sunday.
Brett Henderson, 35, of St. Paris, Ohio was charged with public indecency and obstructing official business. When Henderson went before a judge Monday morning, he pleaded not guilty, and a trial date was set.
Officials say that Henderson was running naked during the Flying Pig Marathon and refused to stop when police told him to exit the race, so officers stopped him with a Taser.
Henderson was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center where he was released on OR bond. His trial date has been set for May 13th.
Henderson's mother, Lee, said Monday that he had borrowed a pair of running shorts from his father, but they kept slipping down as he ran. She says he kept running without shorts because he was determined to complete the race he had trained for.
