FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) - The search for Katelyn Markham will resume on Thursday.

Officials with Texas EquuSearch, a mounted search an recovery team, say they will be back in town on Wednesday after spending Labor Day at home in Texas.

Tim Miller, director and founder of Texas EquuSearch, says volunteers and searchers need time to decompress. They will spend Wednesday regrouping and preparing for a search on Thursday.

Searching was suspended over the weekend due to the excessive heat.

The command center for Thursday's search will be located at the Fairfield West Baptist Church, 5345 Muskoph Road. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and bring a photo ID. They are also asked to bring their own water and lunch and dress appropriately for searching.

Markham, 22, was reported missing Aug. 14 from her Fairfield townhome. She is 5'3" and 130 pounds with green eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights. A $25,000 reward is being offered for information on her disappearance.
