Adam Richman's 'Man vs. Food Nation' featured Cincinnati in an episode that aired Wednesday night on the Travel Channel.
Richman visited Findlay Market, Camp Washington Chili and Tom+Chee during his visit. He tried a 5-way at Camp Washington Chili and Tom+Chee's grilled cheese donut.
The show also featured Izzy's and its '110 Reuben,' with local baseball coach Adam Turer attempting to down the massive sandwich.
"Spending the day with Adam Richman was a tremendous honor for Izzy's. He was funny, gracious and raved about our food," said Izzy's president John Geisen. "It was a huge goal for Izzy's to get Adam and his show to come to Izzy's. We were blown away with our local fan's support in letting Adam know how much we wanted him to see our 110 Reuben."
The 110 Reuben features a potato pancake, a pound of corned beef, three pints of sauerkraut, dressing and Swiss cheese on a rye oval loaf. It's served with a jumbo order of kosher sliced pickles. It weighs over 5 pounds.
SPOILER ALERT! Turer was unable to complete the challenge, eating about four pounds of the sandwich.
The show was filmed in August at Izzy's downtown location on Main Street.
