98 Degrees band member arrested while "Occupying Cincinnati"

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The 98 Degrees band member, Justin Jeffre, was arrested early Sunday morning for not leaving Fountain Square after being told to go.
Jeffre was part of the Occupy Cincinnati group Saturday night when he and ten others were arrested. Jeffre was charged with trespassing and prohibited use of Fountain Square.
Jeffre was held on a $600 bond.
Fountain Square is closed from 3 a.m. until 6 a.m. each day for scheduled maintenance.
