BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) - Police have located a father who is accused of abducting his 15-month-old daughter on Wednesday morning.

Blue Ash Police say Daniel Arszman, 23, took his daughter, who he does not have custody of, from her home in the 3600 block of Cooper Road at around 11:30 a.m. The child's mother told police that Arszman held a kitchen knife to her throat and took the child, then fled in a white Honda Civic.

Blue Ash and Reading Police units responded to the 2600 block of Honeyhill Court in Reading, the location of the registered owner of the vehicle, and located the child, who had been left with a relative of the suspect. However, Arszman had already left.

The child was unharmed and returned to her mother. The mother suffered cuts to her hand during the altercation that did not require medical treatment.

Police found Arszman just before 2 p.m. He will be booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center on a domestic assault charge.
