Makes 2 servings
Prep time: 3 minutes

2 cups milk
1 cup fresh or frozen berries, such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
3 teaspoons sugar or artificial sweetener
1 cup ice

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve chilled. Extra portions can be refrigerated or frozen for a fast, healthy snack.

1 cup orange juice
½ cup sliced peaches
2 scoops vanilla or peach ice cream

Combine ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.

1 container (8oz.) vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries

Place all ingredients in blender in order listed and cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
