LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - The school board of Lakota Local Schools has named the new principal of Lakota East High School.
Suzanna Davis, 36, has been promoted from associate principal of Lakota East to principal.
The Board of Education Monday unanimously approved her appointment based on the recommendation of Superintendent Karen Mantia.
Davis will replace Keith Kline, who has been named assistant superintendent of the West Clermont School District.
Davis started her career at Lakota East teaching health and human sexuality for five years. She then worked at Deer Park Jr.-Sr. High School as an administrator before returning to the Lakota School District in 2006. She earned a masters degree in educational administration from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor degree in education from Miami University.
Davis will become principal of Lakota East beginning August 1.
