BROWN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A man was flown by aircare to an area hospital after driving head on into a semi-truck on Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say Lawrence Decker and his wife, Connie Decker, were heading southbound on U.S. 68 in a 2009 Ford Edge.
Their car went left of center and hit the semi-truck.
Dekcer was flown to University Hospital, suffering life-threatening injuries. His wife was taken by ambulance to Mt. Orab Mercy for treatment.
The driver of the truck was not injured in the crash.
Ohio State Highway Patrol says neither alcohol nor drugs were a factor. The cause is under investigation.
