Amelia diner latest victim of damage caused by vehicle

AMELIA, OH (FOX19) - An Amelia diner is the latest building in the tri-state to be damaged by a vehicle.

A car crashed into the Great Scott Diner off East Main Street overnight.

The owner told FOX19 the car crashed into the corner of the building just before midnight.  The vehicle then flipped onto its top.

Police say one person was transported to the hospital.

Police are still investigating the cause.

On Tuesday, cars hit and damaged buildings in West Chester and Colerain Township.

Great Scott's owner says they plan to open back up Wednesday evening at 5:00 p.m.
