Ross police arrested two suspects in multiple burglaries

ROSS TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Ross Township Police Chief Michael Broughton announced today that Ross police were able to identify and arrest two suspects involved in several burglaries and other felonies that were committed in Ross Township.

Items stolen include firearms, jewelry, power tools and a Chevrolet Corvette.

Chief Broughton stated, "after our investigator identified the suspects as Coty Everett King, age 20 of Ross Township and Joe Smith Jr., age 34 of Oxford, we contacted several surrounding agencies with the information and case details. Those agencies joined in the investigation and were able to link the suspects to the similar crimes committed in their jurisdictions."

The two suspects were apprehended yesterday without incident. They were immediately taken to the Butler County Sheriff's and booked on related charges.
