CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Similar to the new Vince Vaughn Movie, "Delivery Man," UC Health Dr. Michael Thomas is directly responsible for conceiving more than 5,000 babies since 1988.

Unlike Vaughn's character in the movie, Thomas assisted these women and couples through in-vitro fertilization.

Thomas is the Director and Founder of the UC Health Center for Reproductive Health (CRH), and will host as many as 400 people, including babies, toddlers, sets of twins, sets of triplets, and young adults to celebrate an unconventional reunion.

It is their chance to personally thank the physician who helped bring them into the world.

"This is the one event I look forward to every year. We are very proud to be a part of our patient's lives and this reunion party allows us to say thank you to the kids and parents," said Thomas.

On Monday, Dec. 2, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. the CRH will hold its 23rd annual holiday reunion for families who have been assisted with pregnancy through methods such as in vitro fertilization and ovulation induction.

The event takes place at West Chester Hospital, in the Plaza Conference Room & Cafeteria, Level A, 7700 University Drive, West Chester, OH 45069.

This is the first time the annual event takes place in West Chester, where the CRH just opened a new fertility center in the spring 2013.

Thomas is one of three infertility specialists at the center with expertise in infertility, menopause and endocrine disorders.
