CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Construction activities are expected to resume this week in Over-the-Rhine for the Cincinnati Streetcar project.
To accommodate a rail delivery, Elm Street will be closed between Findlay Street and McMicken Avenue on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Detours will be clearly posted.
Local access to nearby businesses and residences will be maintained.
The city of Cincinnati urges motorists and bicyclists to slow down and use caution when approaching the work area.
Construction for the Cincinnati Streetcar is coordinated by the City of Cincinnati with utility companies, Metro, and other partners. City officials say they intend to minimize any disruption to residents, businesses and workers along construction routes.
