CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Bengals DT Domata Peko loves his corned beef so much, he has a sandwich named after him.

Peko officially joined the Izzy's "Wall of Fame" Thursday with a sandwich made in his honor.

Peko was on hand at Izzy's Ft. Wright location on Thursday as his sandwich was unveiled.

"We've got the ciabatta bread and the corned beef from Izzy's – the best corned beef ever. We have goetta, provolone cheese and on top of that Izzy's special sauce," Peko said before taking a big bite. "This is the best thing I like to eat. Go to Izzy's and get yourself a Peko Sandwich, man. It's awesome!"

Peko is a native of Pago Pago, Samoa. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL Draft.

While listed as a defensive tackle, Peko is seeing increased playing time as an offensive back, mainly in goal line plays.
