CLEARCREEK TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Two people are dead following a three-vehicle crash in Warren County, the Ohio State Highway Patrol has confirmed.

The accident happened around 2 p.m. at the intersection on Township Line Road and State Route 73 in Clearcreek Township.

Officials say Jacqueline Montgomery, driving a red 2005 Hyundai, hit a flat-bed lumber truck after running a stop sign. The collision forced the truck left of center and head on into a minivan traveling in the opposite direction.

Police have identified the driver and passenger of the minivan as Robert and Margaret Large, both 66, from North Vernon, Indiana. The couple was pronounced dead at the scene.

Montgomery was transported by Air Care to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The truck driver reportedly suffered minor injuries.

The Ohio State Patrol is now looking into security footage to find out exactly what happened.
