WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A Warren County jury has found 19-year-old Austin Myers guilty for the murder of Justin Back in January of this year.

The nine-count verdict was handed down Wednesday around 6:30 p.m., finding Myers guilty of multiple charges including aggravated murder and kidnapping.

The Warren County Prosecutor is seeking the death penalty for Myers. Jurors will return to the courtroom on Monday morning to determine the sentencing.

In the two week trial, jurors heard the case against Myers, who created an elaborate plan to kill Back at his Waynesville home. Myers' co-defendant, 19-year-old Timothy Mosley, took the stand to testify against him in a plea deal to avoid the death penalty.

Mosley's testimony provided chilling details into the teens' plan to strangle Back to death before dumping his body. Back was planning to leave for the military prior to his death.
