KKK flyers passed out in Hamilton neighborhood

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Residents of one Hamilton community woke up to find Ku Klux Klan flyers on their driveways, doors and cars.

A photo of the flyer was sent to FOX19 NOW from a viewer who said she was uncomfortable with her 5-year-old daughter coming across one.

"This is something I cannot explain to my daughter," said resident Billie Jo Ryan. "She's 5, so her going to school, how do I explain something like people wearing masks or something like the KKK? How do I explain that?"

Butler County dispatch said they've received a few complaints from residents regarding the flyers but they say there is not much police can do because no laws are being broken.

The KKK is protected by the First Amendment.

The Flyer reads:

We're bringing back the traditional ways of the Ku Klux Klan to the modern day!
